Modern Apprenticeship

Trig has a Modern Apprenticeship Scheme that aims to nurture young avionic engineering talent. This provides a great opportunity to work at the heart of our aviation business.

This scheme provides a superb opportunity to gain the highest level of training in a dynamic and high technology company.

Oliver Carson, who successfully completed his apprenticeship and works at Trig said “My apprenticeship with Trig has been really valuable. I’ve been able to start my career in a operational engineering environment where my contribution has made a positive difference. The amount I’ve learnt has been far greater than if I’d simply studied in a college setting. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed developing my skills at Trig and the company offered me a job in the manufacturing team following my graduation.”

I’ve been able to work in a real engineering environment where my contribution makes a positive difference.
